ORDERING & DELIVERY

 How Do I Order? 
  1. Note down the item(s) you intend to purchase.
  2. Send an email to thespecialbox.enquiry@gmail.com with the following format: 
                           Email Subject : Order                          
                           Item : The Little Ribbon (Example)
                           Quantity: 1
                           Color: Pink
                           Postage : Normal / Register

        3. You can leave a comment at the bottom of page  as follows:
                       1) Email address
                       2) Item name, color and quantity

  1. A Payment Invoice will be sent to your email within 24Hrs.
    (In an event whereby you do not receive any reply within 24hrs, please email us your order via email to: thespecialbox.enquiry@gmail.com)
  2. Items will be reserve for 2 days upon confirming your order. 
  3. Items will not be guarantee be restock after it is sold out.

 Payment Options 

TheSpecialBox accepts the following payment options:
- Internet Banking via DBS/POSB (For Singapore Customers Only)
- ATM Transfer (For Singapore Customers Only)

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
All payments are required to be made within 48 hours. 
Orders will be cancelled with or without prior notice if payment is not successfully received during this period. 
Kindly notify TheSpecialBox via email, should you need more time in making payment.


 Postage Charges 

Singapore
Normal Postage : Free
Registered Postage : $2.50  *provided a reference no. to track your parcel.
A.M Mail(letterbox) : $2.60  *for urgent items
A.M Mail (doorstep) : $3.90  *for urgent items.  Details here: A.M Mail


 Delivery / Shipping 
All local and international parcels are delivered by Singpost.

For Local Shipping,
TheSpecialBox highly recommend customers to opt for Registered Postage to prevent lost parcels as all Reg. parcels can be tracked via Singpost Website. 

TheSpecialBox will not be liable for any parcels lost under the choice of using normal postage, after the parcel has been posted out.

All items will be mailed within 2 - 4 working days after payment has been verified.
No doubt, we will always and continue to do our best to mail the items to your designated address within the shortest time possible.


 Pre-Order / Backorder Items 
Pre/Backorder items have a waiting time of 2-4 weeks.
